Guests do not take a seat: only an account with a login needs one.
01What is a seat?
A seat is one account with a login on the server. Five seats are free. Guests who joined by code or link do not take a seat.
02What happens when payment ends?
The server keeps running and nobody is disconnected. The free limit of 5 seats applies: all existing accounts are kept and can sign in, nobody disappears, but a new person above five cannot be added until a new code is entered. A week before the end the administrator sees a reminder in the app.
03Can I pause for seasonal work?
Yes. During the pause 5 seats apply, accounts are not lost, and then the same plan switches back on. Write to us in advance: a pause is issued as a new code.
04How do I pay?
Submit a request below: give the organization, a contact and the number of seats. We invoice the company;
after payment you receive a 10-character code like XXXXX-XXXXX. Card payment on the site is not available yet.
05How do I enter the code?
In the app: “More” → “Settings” → “Connection and server” → “Plan” (visible to the owner and administrators).
Enter the code and press “Activate”. Without the internet you can paste the whole key —
a string like RACIA1.….
06Do I need the internet?
Once — to exchange the code for a key. After that, no: the key is verified on the server itself, and the radio works on a network with no outside access.
