On your phone
Delete the app in the usual way. All local data is erased with it: the server address, sign-in, settings and cache.
If you want to erase them without deleting the app: Android Settings → Apps → Racia → Storage → Clear data.
On the organization’s server
This is where the account, your messages and attachments are stored. Only the administrator of your server — the person who issued you the login — has access to them.
Write to them that you want to delete the account and messages. They can:
- Disable the account — sign-in stops working immediately, the messages remain.
- Delete the account together with the messages — the messages are erased as well.
If you are the administrator, this is done in the server management panel, section “Members”.
What is deleted and when
| Data | Where it is stored | When it disappears |
|---|---|---|
| Login, name, password | The organization’s server | Immediately, once the administrator deletes the account |
| Messages and attachments | The organization’s server | When the account is deleted together with the messages, or at the end of the retention period set by the administrator |
| Voice on air | Nowhere | The server does not save it — there is nothing to delete |
| Server address, sign-in, settings | Your phone | When the app is deleted or the data is cleared |
If the administrator cannot be found
This is possible if the organization has ceased operations or the server is switched off. In that case the data remains on the computer where the server was installed and is physically accessible only to its owner. We can neither read nor delete it: we have no access to that server.
Questions
If something described here did not work, write to us: hello@core-stack.ru. We can advise, but we cannot carry out the deletion in place of your administrator.
Translation for convenience; the Russian version prevails.
